The Purposes, Periods, Regions, Objects and Methods of Collecting Personal Data

Purposes : Proceeding marketing, consumer, customer management and services, online shopping and other e-commerce services and investigation, statistics and research analysis. Personal information is collected by the process of joining members or by conducting transactions.

Periods:  When members request to stop using the service or when OP Mount is no longer in operation.

Regions :  Personal information of members will be used in the Taiwan area.

Objects and Methods: The collection of personal information is used in the member management, search function, identification, financial services, logistics services, marketing and other publicity.

Examples are as follows:

a. When members are using the services provided by OP Mount, the member information will be displayed in the webpage automatically. 

b. Necessary services about delivery, payment, replying to cutomers' inquiries, and other related after-sales services.

c. Advertisements or Marketing: Providing all kinds of information via e-mails, mails, or phone calls. In order to conduct member service analysis and personalized procedures, develop new services, and improve the existing services, OP Mount will keep records of the member browsing contents or advertisements. OP Mount will contact with members for events, message boards, or other service related matters.
